Who's that? It's Patrick McAlee with Extreme Flight.

A featured performer at the Props and Pistons Festival will be Patrick McAlee. A

seasoned high energy airshow performer. Patrick’s dedication to mastering these maneuvers

not only showcases the aircraft's capabilities but also highlights the importance of rigorous

training, precision, and safety in aerobatic flying. His performances serve as an inspiration,

especially to young aspiring pilots, demonstrating that with passion, discipline, and

perseverance, they too can reach great heights in aviation. With his STEAM program he

encourages youth to take careers in aviation.

McAlee will be flying the Pitts S1S designed specifically for stunt flying and competitive

aerobatics. The Pitts S1S is renowned in the aerobatic aircraft community for its exceptional

agility and durability. Its lightweight construction combined with a high-performance engine

allows pilots like Patrick to perform complex maneuvers such as loops, rolls, hammerheads, and inverted flight with remarkable ease and control. The Pitts S1S features a rugged fuselage, a short wingspan for quick responsiveness, and a powerful engine that delivers instant throttle response. Additionally, the Pitts S1S has been a favorite among airshow performers worldwide due to its vibrant appearance and thrilling flight capabilities, making it a symbol of daring adventure and aeronautical excellence.
