I am traveling to get to the show, where should I stay?

Please stay at our preferred hotel. The preferred hotel is the Hilton Garden Inn near the Goodyear World HQ. Mention the Props and Pistons Festival when you contact the hotel at 330-733-2900 for drastic savings.

How do I get to the free parking lots with the free shuttle bus?

If you are attending with the purchase of a VIP Experience, your parking instructions will be emailed to you within a week of the event.If you are coming from the northwest:Follow I-77 south.  Exit left at exit 122A towards US-224 East.  Exit right at “Air Dock Access Rd/Emmitt Rd”.  Follow the signs towards parking.If you are coming from the north:Follow OH-8 south.  Continue straight to I-77 south. Exit left at exit 122A towards US-224 East.  Exit right at “Air Dock Access Rd/Emmitt Rd”.  Follow the signs towards parking.If you are coming from the northeast or east:Follow I-76 west.  Exit left at exit 23B to I-77 south. Exit left at exit 122A towards US-224 East.  Exit right at “Air Dock Access Rd/Emmitt Rd”.  Follow the signs towards parking.If you are coming from the east:Follow US-224 west. What is the entrance fee?

Unlike most airshows that charge high admissions, we try to keep it family friendly. We pride ourselves in selecting quality attractions that we are able to provide with help from our generous sponsors. The show goes on rain or shine. All ticket sales are final.

Can I bring food, drinks, or water bottles?

If you must as we have plenty of grass to set up a picnic area. With that said we do ask that you visit our many locally owned food vendors. They are here sponsoring the show and we encourage you to try their variety of food selections. There are no water bottle refill stations.

Question 5

Can I bring my own chairs?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we encourage you to bring your own chairs and blankets since our selection is limited and on a first come first served basis. We ask that you respect the view of others in setting up your chairs and do not bring tents.

Are pets allowed?

Accepted Answer

No, pets are not allowed, however service animals (as defined by the ADA) are welcome.

What items are prohibited?

Accepted Answer

This list is not inclusive but the following items are prohibited: cooking devices, open flame sources, alcohol, pets, drones or UAS, any illegal items to include illegal weapons, lasers, glass, or personal vehicles to include golf carts. We ask that you respect the view of others in setting up your chairs and do not bring tents.

Is smoking allowed?

Due to the various restrictions around fuel vents and displays smoking is PROHIBITED. E-Cigarettes and Vaping are also PROHIBITED.
